We DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds on ANY personalised items.
Any order placed using a discount code or purchased in our sale is classed as a discounted item and is non-refundable.
Orders purchased under special offer, sale, buy-one-get-one-free are classed as discounted items and are non-refundable.
Delivery charges are non-refundable
We operate a £4.95 cancellation charge on all orders. Order can only be cancelled within 6 hours after being placed. The charge is to cover operational costs. Items purchased in SALE cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns of any items that have been opened, tampered with or have a broken seal. Any products returned to us will be inspected and if it appears that the product has been opened a refund will be refused, but you may have the product returned to you at the cost of delivery.
The customer is responsible for covering the delivery cost of any item that is returned.
We accept no responsibility for any damage caused to return items that may be caused in transit. If returning an item, do ensure it packaged well.
Many of our Products are handmade and as such are deemed to be "bespoke/personalised". This includes both personalisation and flavour choice. In accordance with the distance selling regulations we are unable to accept an item to be returned back to us if you have experienced a change of heart
If you have been delivered faulty or damaged goods, please contact via our contact us page stating your order number, within 5 days from delivery date.
Any refund which we make will be on the condition that you return the Product to us and that we do actually receive the Product back from you; and if the Product is actually received by us:
(a) we will reduce (potentially to £zero) the value of that part of your refund which relates to the cost of the Product to reflect any reduction in the value of the Product, if this has been caused by your handling it in a way which would not be permitted in a shop (for example, if you unseal a Product which is sealed for health protection purposes); and
(b) we will reduce (potentially to £zero) the value of that part of your refund which relates to the cost of the Product to reflect any reduction in the value of the Product which results from damage to the Product which occurs when it is being returned to us.
If we make a refund to you and later discover that you have not returned the Product to us, or that you have handled it in an unacceptable way or that it has been damaged by you or by your carrier when it is being returned to us, you must pay us an appropriate amount. We will calculate that amount, acting reasonably, and will deduct it from the bank account which you used to pay for the Product.

Our terms are in compliance with distance selling regulations. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Postage Times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which Boutique Gin Co. has no control including Postal delays or breakdowns.
Orders effected by such delays may take as long as 4 weeks. Boutique Gin Co. will take no action on these orders during this time.
Please make sure you have typed in the correct delivery and postal address, if this is wrong and has been dispatched Boutique Gin Co. is not liable for the whereabouts of your parcel.
Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your order to arrive in time for a birthday/specific date. We strongly advise allowing a minimum of 14 days from your order date to actual day however some bespoke items can take as long as 4 weeks to make. All our items are made to order and some products may have slight delays due to availability.
Such busy times like Christmas delivery may be delayed due to high demand and busy delivery periods. We ask for your patience during these times as we work extremely hard to ensure all orders are sent out as fast as we possibly can.
Please check the product description as some delivery times can become invalid due to high demand of this particular product.
All our items are handmade in house and this does take time. We try our upmost best to have all orders dispatched before any delivery times but these may be delayed due to higher order volumes.
If you have received an incorrect item from us we will always make sure this item is replaced and exchanged on delivery. Please notify the team of any incorrect deliveries so they can look to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Boutique Gin Co. reserves the right to cancel any orders if your order is cancelled your payment will be refunded. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be returned back to your payment method.
Please note that the product images may from time to time be slightly different but will represent the actual product.
When purchasing any personalised item we ask you check for spelling and grammar so your item doesn't incur any errors once produced . Boutique Gin Co. will not be responsible for any errors made.
If you receive an error on a label or gift tag such as a typo or misspelling we will arrange for this to be replaced as quickly as possible.
We currently do not deliver overseas.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language
Any matter that arises out of your use of this Website (including any contract entered between you and us through the Website) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts shall be concluded in English.
